to request a layout, you have to:
1. read EVERYTHING said below.
2. comply to whatever i've said below.
I DO NOT DO CSS/DEFAULT MIBBA LAYOUTS. I make all my (HTML) layouts from scratch.
give me a picture, band or song to base your layout on.
you can request for specific sections (eg: bands, blog), longer sections (eg: longer 'about me') the colors you want, which of my existing layouts you want it to look like, etc. i'll try to fulfill your request as precisely as i can.
if i can't seem to come up with anything based on what you've given me, then i'm sorry, but that just means i can't complete your request.
if you don't need me to make you a layout anymore before i'm done, let me know so i don't make one only to find that you don't need it.
i keep requests on a to-do list; if it's been forever since you requested and i'm not done, i haven't forgotten - i just haven't gotten to it yet.
